Because
we had so many of the family visiting at once, we were forced
to stay at other places. |
 |
The
Kosnoff Family stayed at what was called "The Spec House".
It was a house my uncle built but has not yet sold. |
 |
This is
a shot from Unlce Kevins house. We rented a couple of van like
cars called Dorangos. we had two of those and my Uncle Kevins
truck for the 14 or so family members. |
 |
He had
one of the better looking places in Martin City. |
 |
The
next few shots were taken with the idea to make a panaramic
shot of the mountains. |
 |
This is
acctually a reservior. |
 |
|
 |
Some of
the family is in this shot. |

In the
Distance is Great Northern. See Day 5. |
 |
My Uncle
Kevin had a motor boat which was used to shuttle us out to an
island. It took a few trips and my parents stayed behind because
they needed to pick up Carolyn at the airport. |
 |
We brought
lunch. |
 |
I had no
sandals or water shoes yet. I walked around on the rocks with
my bare feet for a bit or a bot, but could not move very fast.
After the frisbee came out I put my sneakers on; not caring
if they got wet. |
 |
Me and
my cousin Andrew asked my Uncle Kevin to drive us across the
reservior to a hill to get a kind of starter up hike in. |
 |
Andrew
works at EMS (Eastern Mountain Sports) and in the summer at
a camp. He's a bit into making hiking and camping trips. If
his camp kid's complain about a difficult hike, he just tells
them to "man up". |
 |
Unlce Kevin,
Aunt Janet, and Cousins Andrew and Jefffery in the boat. |
 |
We took
a small tour of the reservior. From farther out we could see
a forest fire in the distance. |
 |
Back that
night for some horse shoes. Uncle Kevin and his neighbor Louie
seemed to be the champs this night. |
 |
Being my
bithday, the family decided to celebrate. |
 |
Kevins
house later that night. Deciding on plans for the next day.
